We apologize for the downtime of the ParcelViewer over the past few weeks, but are pleased to announce that the new version of the application is now online and ready for use! You can access the viewer through the Interactive Maps link on the top menu.

For those of you who were familiar with the old viewer, the new one will look and feel quite different, though functionality and concept are quite similar. We encourage you to take a few minutes to look at the ‘Getting Started with ParcelViewer 2.0’ help guide before diving right in. If you still are having problems, there is more detailed help available through the 'Help' link on the top banner of the viewer.

The primary differences between the old and new viewers is that you have access to more information on the map, and more ways to search for information. Using the Search Tasks on the top left-hand side of the application, you can search for information on Parcels or Units, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.  Using the Identify tool, you can also get information for any of the datasets shown on the map just by clicking on that location. We’ve also added some functionality that allows you to ‘customize’ your map a bit more, by turning layers on and off from the display through the Map Contents panel on the bottom left.

Unlike the last ParcelViewer, this application is a work in progress, and you can expect to find changes in functionality and content over time. If you have specific issues or questions that you cannot resolve through the Help section, please feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to respond.
