Abstract:

The Vista Points coverage is point coverage representing the Vista Points and lookouts along California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) State Highway routes, highway ramps, and Functionally Classified Roads. This coverage has been converted to a ArcView Shapefile, and clipped to the Mono County boundary for the purposes of this project.

As a reference layer derived from CalTrans for transportation planning purposes
